1. Who we are

ogamentor is operated by Breadwave. Which of us you contract with depends on how the publisher takes payment. Where they use their own Stripe account, your contract for payment is with them. Where we collect on their behalf, we are the seller of record and your contract is with us. The publication page tells you which applies before you pay.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address. We send a link to log in rather than asking you to set a password. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can read your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Prices are set by each publisher for each market and shown to you before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, not immediately.

4. Refunds

Contact us if something has gone wrong. We handle refunds case by case and tell you plainly whether your access continues.

5. Your content and ours

Publishers own what they write. You get a personal, non-transferable right to read it while your subscription is active. Do not redistribute paid posts.

6. Ending your account, and ours

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend a publication that breaches the acceptable use policy, and will say why.

7. Liability and governing law

Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live. Governing law and forum are set out in full in the signed agreement.
